Not many spacious homes in the Sandhill Crossing area. Great for many uses that would need 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Sandhill Crossing area is ideal because of it's proximity to shopping, restaurants, theaters and only 15 or 20 minutes from the beach! Be close to it all but not in the center of it! Savannah park is across it so there will not be any buildings/homes to obstruct your view.
