The Custom Section within Panther National provides both 1 acre and 1/2-acre parcels for Custom Home design and build. Home design must meet architectural and aesthetic guidelines and be approved by the Architectural Review Board. 1/2 Acre homes must be at least 5,000 sq. feet under air conditioning.
